Questions You May Have

How can sex therapy support me?

Sex therapy offers a confidential space to explore emotional and sexual concerns, develop coping strategies, and nurture healthier relationships, promoting overall well-being.

What issues can sex therapy address?

Sex therapy can support a wide range of concerns related to sexual and emotional wellbeing, including sexual dysfunction (such as erectile difficulties), intimacy challenges, performance anxiety, desire differences, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, stress, self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties.

Is sex therapy right for me?

Sex therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing emotional or sexual challenges, feeling disconnected from intimacy, or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself in a supportive and affirming environment.

How long are therapy sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. When hypnotherapy is incorporated, sessions still follow a 50-minute structure, with approximately 20–30 minutes dedicated to the hypnosis portion, followed by time for discussion, integration, and debriefing.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults and couples seeking support around intimacy, desire, sexual confidence, pleasure, and emotional connection. I provide affirming, sex-positive therapy for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.
