Even in strong relationships, intimacy can become complicated. Desire may shift, sexual functioning may change, or stressors like infertility can begin to affect connection in ways that feel confusing, frustrating, or isolating. Many of the individuals and couples I work with come in feeling stuck, unsure how things changed, or how to move forward.
As a Certified Sex Therapist and Doctor of Clinical Sexology, I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating erectile dysfunction, performance anxiety, desire differences, infertility-related stress, sexual shame, and relationship disconnection. My work focuses on helping you understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening, so change feels meaningful and lasting rather than temporary.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in both emotional and physiological understanding. Sexual concerns are rarely just physical or just psychological. They are often shaped by a combination of stress, relational dynamics, past experiences, and the way we relate to ourselves. Therapy becomes a space to slow things down, reduce pressure, and begin rebuilding connection in a way that feels more natural and less forced.
In addition to talk therapy, I may incorporate hypnotherapy when appropriate. This is not stage hypnosis or anything designed for entertainment, but a clinically grounded approach used to work with patterns that are often outside of conscious awareness. Many clients find this especially helpful for performance anxiety, sexual confidence, and long-standing emotional patterns.
I also strive to create an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, as well as those navigating diverse relationship structures. Therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully understood without needing to filter or explain core parts of your experience.
Ultimately, this work is not about “fixing” you or your relationship. It is about gaining clarity, building confidence, and creating a sense of connection that feels grounded, mutual, and sustainable.
